New Domain!!

As you’ll have noticed from the header and the fact you were likely redirected from from my old Simple By Design domain, I’ve moved, the new address being creativeflux.co.uk. This is something I’ve been meaning to do for some time as simple-by-design.org.uk was simply too long, not to mention that if you forgot to put all the hyphens you were redirected elsewhere.
I’ve spent the best part of a month attempting to come up with a new domain name, something which I thought would be quite easy. How wrong I was. Every single idea I came up with and even my name and initials all turned out to be registered, unless I purchased it with some stupidly obscure extension.
Why CreativeFlux?
So how did I settle with CreativeFlux? Well, it was partly (only a little part mind) frustration, I just didn’t want to look anymore, but it was mostly that it describes me quite well. Anyone that has kept track of the site/blog over the past year will know that I frequently change designs, I can’t sit still and I can never make my mind up. Thus, flux, which implies changeability or constant state of change seemed a perfect fit. (Which reminds me, a new design is due soon….)
Thanks to the beauty of mod-rewrite all url’s pointing to Simple By Design should seamlessly redirect here and that includes download links, preview images etc so nothing should break at all (keeps fingers crossed).
