Dynamic Data Sources

My third Symphony screencast looks at how data sources can be made more flexible and robust through the use of variables when filtering. In this case we make a dynamic Category list page using a URL schema and 2 data sources. The screencast covers URL schema's, custom fields and data sources. As always I attempt to explain code in as simple a way as possible and illustrate certain concepts at the beginning in order to ensure new users are comfortable with the way certain things work.

Can your code snippets be used to make "Filed Under" entries link to the appropiate category?

1st October 2006Well code for the entries listed by category would be the same, but the other parts wouldn't. If you like I can prepare some code that will do what you want though. It's quite simple in practice.
